Czech Shipyard negotiating about fusion with Dutch

It will be decided about future of Czech Shipyard until the end of September. The company discharged all employees and its last chance is fusion with Dutch company Veka, announced Petr Duda, chairman of the executive board of the Czech shipyard, to Ústecký deník daily.
